That could have been Alex yelling! I start running blindly towards the sound, branches whacking at my arms and legs. Where is she?
"Alex!" I call.
Suddenly, the bushes in front of me rustle. To either side of the bushes, a dirt path and a stone path extend into the distance. Hw did I not notice those until now?!
The dirt path has cobwebs in it. It looks like no one has ever walked on it before. The stone path looks much more commonly used. In fact, I can hear horse hooves coming towards me right now!
What do I do?
