Tarantula are mobs which appears around desert biomes, and is the equivalent of a Spider. Unlike the average spiders, they can see in the day faultlessly, and do not attack a player on sight. However, if a player advances, it will bites back and can spurt Cobwebs at the player, slowing the player down.notably It is extremely territorial, attacking players who get too close to it.

Drops[]
Much like a regular Spider or Cave Spider, the Tarantula drops String, but much more. It can drop between 1-4 String and 0-2 Spider Eyes. It also drops 0-2 Fermented Spider Eyes when defeated by an Iron Sword or Diamond Sword.
