This creeper is white and blue, to blend in with ice and snow. When the creeper explodes, it sends ice and snow everywhere, burying the player, it also has the normal explosion, like creepers. Snowy creepers only spawn in taigas, or tundras, making it a rare mob, in addition to this, it can not survive in any other biome. Snowy creepers will drop 0-3 gunpowder, 2-4 snow blocks, and a music disk if killed by a skeleton.
